ABSURD OBJECTS is the project I created for my Bachelor degree in Art and Graphic Design, DNAT, that I received with the Honors in June 1998.

Using the 3D software Alias Wavefront, I created a series of unidentifiable objects, all reminiscent of existing ones, to confront the spectator with the idea of the purpose of objects, their meaning, while pushing them to invent and create an imaginary world around them and turn the useful into playful.

At the time the Objects were presented through a made-up retail website with absurd/playful descriptions and currency.

This creations also allowed me to find my very first job in the movie industry as a Designer and Modeler at Giant Killer Robots in San Francisco, California, in early 2000.
